The short, plain terms for using Heatstamp and Heatstamp Pro.

The agreement

Heatstamp is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add a few things that are specific to Heatstamp.

Times are not official

Times in Heatstamp are measured from your video and are for your own records. They are not official results and do not replace a meet's timing system.

Your videos

Videos and details you record are yours and stay on your device. You are responsible for having permission to film and share the people in your videos, and for following the rules of the pool or meet you are at.

Heatstamp Pro

Pro is sold through the App Store as a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase. The yearly plan may include a free trial.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Manage or cancel in your iPhone Settings, under your Apple ID and Subscriptions.
Refunds are handled by Apple.
